Research Interests:

  • Heat conduction and heat controlling in low dimensional systems;
  • Molecular dynamics method and Non-equilibrium Green’s function method;
  • Vibrational properties and Raman spectra of nano-materials;
  • Theoretical investigation of thermoelectric materials;
  • Predict the material properties using density functional theory;
  • Gradient-corrected EAM potentials and other empirical poetntials;
  • Accelerated molecular dynamics
  • Multiscale modeling of the dynamics of solids at finite temperature.
