Cultivating Future Scientists!

Young Scientists

Welcome to the student page

To create more awareness on the use of Computational Science and High Performance Computing (HPC) to solve the complex problems we encounter, IHPC organises many outreach activities to engage students from secondary schools and all the way to junior college level.

Such activities include introductory talks on applications and approaches to R&D, visualisation camps, a high performance computing programming-based competition, a science-fiction writing competition, student attachment programmes and ad-hoc visits.

These activities are meant to engage our students and to nurture the rising pool of young talents in schools towards a career in science and engineering.
